AS PRINTED IN THE BOURNEMOUTH ECHO:

POOLE accountant Princecroft Willis (PcW) has cut the amount of paper it generates by 70 percent since moving to Towngate House. The firm has installed electronic document management, scanning and copying solutions including eCopy, invu and Equitrac. It has cut the number of printers and photocopiers from 40 to seven - with the new machines able to scan, copy and print colour. It also hopes to cut the use of toners and printing cartridges by 80 per cent. James Robinson, a PcW partner, said: "Our green IT package will not just save money but also be environmentally friendly and prevent unnecessary wastage and duplication." Wimborne-based Copyrite Business Solutions advised Princecroft Willis on the less paper solution and provided the software and equipment.
